TL型鋼制拖鏈簡介

TL系(xi)列(lie)拖鏈的主(zhu)體是由鏈板（優質鋼板鍍鋅）支(zhi)撐板（擠(ji)拉鋁合金(jin)）軸銷(xiao)（合金(jin)鋼）等部件(jian)組成，使電纜或橡膠管與(yu)拖鏈之間不(bu)產生相對運(yun)動，不(bu)產生扭曲變形(xing)，鏈板經(jing)鍍鋅處理(li)外形(xing)效(xiao)果新穎，結構合理(li)，靈巧強(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)，剛性好不(bu)變形(xing)，安裝(zhuang)方便(bian)，使用(yong)可靠，易拆(chai)裝(zhuang)，尤其是本產品采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度(du)(du)耐(nai)磨(mo)材料，合金(jin)鋼為軸銷(xiao)，提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)產品的耐(nai)磨(mo)強(qiang)度(du)(du)，彎曲更靈活，阻(zu)力更小(xiao)，降(jiang)低(di)了(le)噪音，從而可保(bao)證長時間使用(yong)不(bu)變形(xing)，不(bu)下垂。

1.拖鏈可適(shi)應大移動速度40米/分。

2.拖鏈在大移動速度(du)時，噪聲聲壓級不大于68分貝。

3.拖(tuo)鏈安全使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)不小于100萬次(ci)（往復）。

TL series drag chains are mainly consisting of chain plate (top quality stainless steel with chromium plated),supporting board (extruded aluminium alloy) and pinshaft (alloy), etc. There is no relative motions between the cables/rubber hoses and the drag chains, giving no deforming or twists. The chromium plated chain board has very nice-looking appearance and has very rational construction and flexible and high strength. It is reliable and easy to operate, install, dismantal or assemble. It is worthwhile mentioning that the anti-wearing performance has been improved greatly due to wear resistant material and alloy pinshaft are used. The product is flexible to bending and has low resistance, giving low noises. It can be used for a very long period of time without any deformation or hanging down.

The product is nice-looking, which makes the machine tool unit nicer looking as a whole and makes the machine tools and machineries more competitive in the international market.

1. The drag chain can adapt to max. moving speed of 40m/sec.

2. When at the max moving speed, the sound pressure of noises shall not be greater than 68 db.

3. The service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times(reciprocating).

TL Ⅱ型拖鏈主要參數


1.拖鏈按照(zhao)意(yi)大(da)利技術生產(chan)。

2.當需要(yao)非標準的(de)彎曲半徑或結(jie)構(gou)與標準有異的(de)拖鏈時，可(ke)與本公(gong)司另行協議制造。

3.當拖(tuo)鏈超過允許的大寬度Bmax時(shi)，可采用由三(san)條鏈帶平行(xing)組成的復合(he)拖(tuo)鏈來完成，見下面圖示(shi)。

1.Drag chains are produced by using ltalian technology.

2.When non-standard bend radius or non-standard drag chains are required, we can make them according to the user`s  requirements.

3.When the max. width Bmax is exceeded, compound type drag chains that consist of 3 chain crawlers can be used. See figure below.

拖鏈的選用

1.支(zhi)撐板(ban)內腔孔(kong)徑D1=d+0.1d（取整(zheng)數）。其中(zhong)d=電線、電纜、液、氣軟管的外(wai)徑。

2.根(gen)據支撐板內(nei)腔大(da)孔(kong)徑(jing)Dmax來確(que)定(ding)鏈(lian)板高度hg和拖鏈(lian)型號TLXX。

3.根(gen)據拖(tuo)(tuo)鏈功能要求(qiu)來確定支撐板型(xing)式(shi)，拖(tuo)(tuo)鏈的彎曲(qu)半徑：

(1)當拖鏈需承(cheng)載較大管(guan)、纜負荷時，應選用(yong)高強度支(zhi)撐(cheng)板I型(整(zheng)塊式)。

(2)當管纜的(de)管接頭尺(chi)寸(cun)大于(yu)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)板內(nei)腔孔徑或(huo)須經(jing)常拆(chai)裝、維修等(deng)時，可選用支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)II型。屬分開(kai)式類型支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)板。

(3)安裝管纜的規(gui)格品種較(jiao)多時(shi)，可選(xuan)用支撐板(ban)III型(框架式)。

4.根據安裝管纜的(de)數量來決(jue)定支撐板寬(kuan)度B1，從而可得拖鏈寬(kuan)度B。

5.拖鏈使用(yong)場合(he)或受環境影響時，需要采用(yong)鋼帶防護支撐板時，請與(yu)本(ben)公司另行提出。

帶三條鏈板的拖鏈

因為支撐板(ban)大長度為600mm-650mm，在較(jiao)(jiao)寬(kuan)拖鏈上可以裝置一個或(huo)多個拖鏈鏈板(ban)。另外的(de)原因是，可提(ti)高較(jiao)(jiao)寬(kuan)的(de)拖鏈的(de)穩(wen)定性，此外也可通過第三條(tiao)鏈板(ban)將(jiang)套管與電纜隔開。

注：GLE型取參數D,12,e,TL型取f,j,k.
液壓管的彈性狀況
要注意，液壓管在壓力下會伸長或縮短，因此，應考慮到軟管的彈性系數，特別是在高壓及拖鏈長度較長的情況下，應引起注意。
Selection of Drag Chains

1.The hole diameter of the inner cavity of supporting board D1= d+0.1d(round number). Where, d=outside diameter of cables, wires, liquid/gas hoses.

2.The height of the supporting board and the model number TLXX of drag chains depends on the max. hole diameter of the inner cavity of the supporting.

3.The bend radius depends on the functions of the drag chains.

(1)When there is a large load from larger calibre or cables on the drag chains, high strength model I supporting board (integral) should be used.

(2)When the size of the connectors are greater than that of the hole diameter of the inner cavity of supporting board or frequent assembly or dismantal operations are required, type III supporting board (frame type) can be used.

4.The width of supporting board B1 can be decided according to the quantity of the cables installed so that the width of the drag chain B can be arrived.

5.When limited by locations or environment and if bracing board with steel straps are needed, please contact our company for solutions.

Drag chains with 3 chain board

One or more drag chain boards can be installed on a wider drag chain, because the max. length of the supporting board is 600mm-650mm. This arrangement can also improve the stability of the narrower chains. In this way, the conduit and the cables can be separated from one another by a third chain board.

Note: Parameters D,12,e be used for GLE type and f,j,k for TL type.
